Tercero is a one-person web and design studio run by Ramon Mandujano III in the Atlanta, Georgia area ("Tercero", "I", "me"). This policy covers bytercero.com and how I contact businesses about website work.

Information you give me

When you fill out the estimate form, you send your name, your email address, your business name, whether you already have a website or brand assets, and your budget range. I use it only to reply to you about your project. The form is delivered to my inbox through an email service (Resend); it is not added to any mailing list.

Information I find about businesses

To find businesses that might want a new or better website, I look at publicly available business information: Google Maps listings, public reviews, and the business's own website and public social media pages. From these I may note a business's name, category, location, phone number, public contact email, and website. I use this only to send that business one short, personal message about website services.

If you don't want to hear from me, reply "no thanks" (or "no gracias") to any message, or email me. You'll be added to a do-not-contact list and not contacted again.

Google user data

I use a private internal tool, "Tercero Leads", that connects only to my own Gmail account. It writes one short email to a business, checks it with automated safety checks, and then sends it from my account. It also reads replies to those emails, only so it can honor "no thanks" requests right away, notice addresses that bounce, and show me who wrote back. It does not share the contents of anyone's email, does not use it for advertising, and does not sell it. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What I don't do

Services this site relies on

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Form messages are delivered by Resend. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting information

I keep estimate requests and outreach records only as long as they're useful for that conversation or project. To see, correct, or delete what I have about you or your business, email rmandujano.0614@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
